Fees
General

Fees for privately paying clients are charged separately, per person.

Fees are usually shared equally (but can be shared between you in any way you agree).

Fees are payable at the end of each session or as otherwise agreed. The preferred method of payment is bank transfer (BACs payment).

The hourly rate is £435 per hour + VAT (£522).
Initial Meeting

Sessions are charged at £435 per hour + VAT (£522).

Initial 30 - 60 minute consultation is therefore £261 - £522 (inclusive of VAT).
Mediation Sessions

Sessions are charged at £435 per hour + VAT (£522 per hour or £261 per person).

Sessions are usually 1.5 - 2 hours long, unless agreed otherwise. Therefore a normal session is £783 - £1,044 (£391.50 - £522 per person).
Mediation Documents
The hourly rate of £435 per hour + VAT (£522) also applies for any work that may be required between sessions, for example reviewing financial disclosure and drafting documents including:

Open Financial Summary - this records details of any financial disclosure made in mediation.

Memorandum of Understanding - a confidential document recording background information, joint proposals and guiding principles.

Interim Proposal - a confidential document to facilitate consultation with your personal advisor(s).
Cancellation

2 full days' notice is required for the cancellation of sessions without charge.

Cancellation with 48 - 24 hours' notice is charged at 50% of the appointment fee(s) and cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice is charged at 100% of the appointment fee(s).

Please note that for joint sessions this means the full fees for both clients. The client that has requested cancellation usually pays this.
